Ms. Nino Gelashvili-Chumburidze. Graduated from the Shota Rustaveli University of Tbilisi, has many successful projects in the field of culture. She is an official scout of WCOPA-2019 Los Angeles, California, USA, team of Georgia. In 2024, she launched a large project “Become an Oscar winner”, which has achieved significant success in Georgia. Ms. Gelashvili’s goal is to promote Georgian culture in Europe and the United States, opening new opportunities for talented children.


Associate Professor Karl Manukyan, cultural activist of the Republic of Armenia, Director General of the International Academy of Science, Art and Culture, President of the Armenian branch of the World Association of International Art and Music Competitions, Festivals and Prizes, President of the annual New Eighth Sound International Art and Music Competition-Festival. Honorary member of the jury of many international competitions and festivals, laureate and winner of the Grand Prix of various international competitions and festivals, awarded the Honorary Medal “Komitas” from ESCSM RA. Gold medalist of the RA G.A.M.M. Academy, gold medalist of the Department of Culture of the Educational, Scientific, Cultural and Sports Organization “Karls Group” of Armenia
