International festival-competition of pop art “Golden Dream. USA. Winter 2026”

We offer to take part in the International Festival-Competition, which takes place in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, USA. This event has been delighting fans of pop art from all over the world for more than ten years. On our stage there were artists from more than 20 countries of the world - the USA, Ukraine, Georgia, Canada, Armenia, Mexico, Israel, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Germany and others. Children and adults sing, dance, arrange mini-performances - and this was also the case!A trip to Las Vegas and Los Angeles is a wonderful event in itself, and participation in the competition makes such a trip remarkable. The jury consists of professional artists from different parts of the world, who provide an assessment and recommendations for the further development of the participants. And after the competition, real limousines will help you finally feel the presence in the most atmospheric cities of Nevada - Las Vegas and California - Los Angeles!

Is there a more famous city than Las Vegas in the USA? Fireworks of lights, incredible fountains, magnificent hotels – these are just a small part of the advantages of a unique city! For the first time, you are given the opportunity to demonstrate your art in the brightest city on the planet, at a music festival in America, in Las Vegas! And before all this splendor, in the world-famous Los Angeles – to live in Hollywood, walk along the famous Walk of Fame, visit the Universal Studios and Disneyland parks and, finally, swim in the Pacific Ocean! A century ago, there was only desert here, but what we see now is amazing! Amazing buildings, singing fountains and a beam from the hotel that reaches space! Shows of world-famous stage stars and performances of the Circus Du Soleil. All this is worth seeing with your own eyes!

  • Show groups, vocal groups and soloists (vocals) present two songs in any language with a total duration of no more than nine minutes
  • Choreographic and circus groups present two numbers with a total duration of no more than fifteen minutes
  • Chorus and folklore groups, fashion theaters, folk art ensembles, instrumental ensembles and performers present a program with a total duration of up to fifteen minutes
  • Collections submitted for the competition in the “Fashion Theater” nomination must meet the following requirements:
     artistic expressiveness and spectacular brightness of the collection
     harmonious style and creative solution
     duration of one collection no more than 10 minutes
  • Musical and children’s theaters present mini-performances on any topic (sets, costumes, musical accompaniment) The performance time should not exceed twenty minutes
  • Festival participants (vocalists) present a competition program with a “minus” musical soundtrack
  • Time for rehearsals of concert performances is limited and determined by the organizers for each participant separately
  • All phonograms of vocal numbers of performers, as well as musical accompaniment of choreographic, theatrical and other numbers must be presented on flash drives
  • In order to popularize national cultures, it is desirable to include in the festival program numbers that convey folklore or national traditions (songs, dances, etc.), as well as the presence of national symbols (flags, costumes, etc.) at the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival
  • In addition to the numbers and compositions of the competition programs, all groups and performers must have additional numbers to present at the Opening Ceremony and the Gala Concert of the festival

  • The current Regulations are posted on the official website of the festival https://childmusicfest.com/. The organizers draw the special attention of the participants to the need to familiarize themselves with the current Regulations
  • The participants agree with the right of the Organizers to use sources: audio, video and photo materials obtained from applications, concerts, etc. – for marketing and advertising purposes
  • Each invited participant arrives at the festival within the time specified in the official invitation
  • The total composition of the delegation, including accompanying persons, must also be previously agreed with the organizing committee and indicated in the Application. The arrival of a larger number of participants or accompanying persons than indicated in the Application is allowed only with the approval of the organizing committee
  • Festival participants, managers, soloists and accompanying persons pay for participation in the standard program in the amount of 1000USD (Las Vegas, 1-6.02.2026). The price includes:
    • consultations on issues related to obtaining an entry visa to the USA
    • organizational festival fee
    • transfers (full airport-hotel-airport, full transfers to the concert hall
    • sightseeing tour of the Las Vegas Strip
    • rent of the concert hall, rental of lighting and sound equipment
    • payment of a professional jury, emcee, lighting and sound engineers
    • professional video recording of the performance
    • consultations and assistance in booking accommodation and flights
    • consultations and organization of additional excursions in Las Vegas
    • 24-hour guide-accompaniment
  • Each invited participant arrives at the festival within the time specified in the official invitation
  • Soloists (vocals and choreography) who take additional part in the festival-competition as part of duets or groups pay an additional fee of $60 per participant for each additional performance;
  • Groups or soloists who take part in the competition in in several nominations, an additional payment of $60 per participant for each additional nomination
  • The payment is confirmed by the relevant financial documents
  • Participants of the Extended Program (Los Angeles) pay an amount of $350. The price includes:
    • organizational fee
    • group transfer airport-hotel
    • group transfer Los Angeles – Las Vegas
    • consultations and assistance in booking accommodation
    • consultations and organization of additional excursions in Los Angeles
    • 24-hour guide support
  • Accommodation and/or meals on additional days (before or after the festival) is possible subject to prior agreement with the organizing committee
  • The responsibility for the life and health of children during the festival lies with the band leaders, for soloists – with their parents
  • To participate, you must send an Application of the established form signed by the responsible persons to the Organizing Committee
  • The mandatory confirmation of the Application for participation is the payment of an organizational fee of 100%:
    at the stage of obtaining US visas – $100 for each participant; after obtaining visas, the balance of the amount is paid; 100% payment if entry visas to the USA are available
  • As Applications are received, the Organizing Committee of the Festival sends out official invitations. The Organizing Committee assists in the preparation of documents for obtaining entry visas to the USA, as well as consultations on booking accommodation and air travel

And who knows, maybe your name will be inscribed in gold letters here one day?

Participants of our festival will be able to enjoy not only concert programs and performances, but also the high level of service, which in Las Vegas is manifested in absolutely everything and in hotels, in particular. Caesars Palace (and “Hangover in Vegas” remember?) As the main hotel for accommodation of our participants, we chose the magnificent three-star Flamingo Las Vegas hotel in the heart of Vegas, next to the most famous hotels Bellagio and Caesars Palace.

The Flamingo Las Vegas hotel simply conquered the organizing committee of the festival. And here it is difficult to even say with what exactly.

For our favorite participants, we book rooms with two large double beds, on which two adults fit not only without problems, but also very conveniently. Also with an internal telephone, hairdryer, safe, as well as a TV built into the mirror in the bathroom.

Accommodation is included in the participation fee. The main hotel accommodation is Flamingo Hotel Las Vegas, located in the very center of the new city, opposite the famous singing fountains of the BELLAGIO hotel. From the hotel you can reach the sights on foot, almost everything is within walking distance

Also, the festival participant package includes breakfast, which can be received directly at the hotel. Regarding lunch and dinner: over all these years we have become very informative – we will tell you where to eat deliciously, inexpensively and with high quality)
